What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We take 12-15 working days to ship out all orders. For express shipping requests, please whatsapp +91 8487014235 to check availability.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re really sorry if that happens. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and if possible, a short video taken while unboxing the package. This helps us verify the issue quickly and arrange a replacement for you without delay.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- We only offer exchanges, no refunds. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, and must have all original tags intact.
- Please note that a 10–12% color variation may occur due to screen resolution or camera lighting, and this will not be considered valid grounds for exchange or return.
- For exchanges, we provide store credit in the form of a gift card, equal to the value of your returned item(s).
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them. Once processing begins, cancellation will not be possible.
